FREEDOM FROM PAIN

I suffer from chronic pain and the anti-inflammatory medications I took affected my kidneys. The doctor advised me to stop the medications and to live with the pain. Any suggestions?

One of my patients who suffered from constant pain for thirteen years stated that after three and one half weeks of care in my office she noted that many of her complaints were gone and shortly thereafter all her symptoms disappeared. Therefore, I suggest that you never give up hope of curing your pain.
Taking the class of drugs you took has some dangerous side effects. In 1992, the New England Journal of Medicine published a study which showed that more people died from taking anti-inflammatory medications than people who have died from HIV.

Chronic pain is essentially a result of chronic inflammation. Inflammation means a reaction to or a rejection of something. The fact is that persistent pain in an area signifies an ongoing irritation. The question is what offender or invader is the body chemistry trying to reject or destroy?
Remember, that as long as the persistent trigger that the body reacts to remains, inflammation will persist and so will the pain.

Hopefully this article helps explain the need to determine what causes the trigger and to find a way to eliminate it. Sometimes, just by eliminating foods from the nightshade family brings pain relief.

An alternative approach to pain reduction focuses on your diet, food allergies and sensitivities, environmental chemical toxins, heavy metals, and nutrient deficiencies.

I recommend that you find a chiropractor who is also trained in Nutrition Response Testing and begin your journey to a longer, fuller, healthier life.

HEALTH SECRETS DOCTORS DON’T SHARE
I was wondering if there is anything I can do nutritionally to minimize the chances of developing diseases in the future.

There is an old expression saying “Healthy people are sick people who don’t know it yet.” In most cases this saying is true. For example, Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer and Parkinson have very few symptoms until 70-80% of the brain part is damaged..Another example is that of Atherosclerosis. It is not until a major artery to the heart is blocked off that a patient will have symptoms. These problems did not start over night. In many cases it can start in childhood.

Another secret is that cancer can be dormant for years before symptoms shows up.

The next concern and a secret is nutritional deficiency which may trigger these diseases or even make them worse. (In a recent TV talk show hosting several physicians, the host asked what we can do to reduce the cost of health care. The answer was given that 85% of all diseases are life style diseases. This means that we bring the disease upon ourselves). This nutritional deficiency which starts in childhood continues into adult life. A study that was performed by Francis Pottenger Jr., M.D. has shown that devitalized food can lead to degenerative diseases, neurotic behavior and combativeness. For further information about the effect of nutritional deficiency you may want to visit www.atavistik.com, or www.ppnf.org.
Unfortunately, the public is remained unconcerned as no one in “authority” told them about the danger.
I recommend you find a chiropractor who is also trained in Nutrition Response testing and start your journey to a better health.
